MuleSoft Catalyst Delivery Approaches

If an organisation is adopting a Catalyst approach to transforming its enterprise for a critical project, then the way in which the Catalyst approach will differ from the other or previously used delivery approaches is that the Catalyst approach will not be a “one and done” project; it will be an ongoing effort over time with multiple projects, each with its own set of objectives that collectively drive towards delivering all capabilities that are required by the enterprise organisation to succeed.
